Greek Olympic Track frames

Both of these frames were custom built for track cyclist Dimitris Georgalis who was 7th on 1km Time Trial race in Atlanta

    the question is who made them?
    and its not George Vogiatzis of Fidusa, because I asked him and he said no!

    last info on those frames is that they were not on Atlanta but on some Mediterranean Games during the 80s...

    yes, i questioned the Atlanta thing, but the guy said it was right,
    but it looks like an 80s frame too me for sure, i guess talking bullshit is popular in Greece!

    the frame has the logos from the mediterranian Games of Athens , 1991.
