Kevin Juggins low profile time trial bike 1985. Columbus Record tubing, Cinelli bracket shell, Haden lugs, front brake bolt brazed to crown, rear caliper is a Shimano 600 ax with the hanger removed, rear brake cable (along with gear cable) through top tube and emerges via a small pipe from rear of seat tube.
