I have a Raleigh USA low pro TT frame that I've never seen anywhere before. It is welded aluminum but is branded as if for television... It is marked as a Team Technium with the 753 shield logo! Obviously this is no 753 frame, so they just wanted to advertise it as if it was. It has a 24" front wheel and the rear brake mounts in front of the seatstays. Other than that, its just your usual every day funny bike.
I got it from a Craigslist ad in Boston, MA. I would very much appreciate any information someone might have regarding the history of this frame.
