Alan Shorter (Shorter Rochford) out of North London



"Alan Shorter certainly had a lot of his best frames built by Barry Chick (used by the legend Alf Engers). Barry was probably among the top half-dozen builders of time-trial frames in the 70s and 80s, and was equally at home with bronze-welded frames as he was with lugged ones".
