Fred James - Lincs UK.

This 700C front and rear wheel lo-pro frame was built by Rick Powell who had worked for Raleigh at the Worksop lightweight unit – indeed this frame could be easily be mistaken for being Raleigh built. Fred James was (and I think still is) a cycle shop in Alford, Lincs and supplied frames under their own name.
