Vitus - St. Etienne France

Vitus was a French bicycle manufacturer best known for its steel cycle frame tubing, and its frames built with aluminium tubes joined to aluminium lugs by bonding - a construction method the company pioneered in the late 1970s . Compared to modern aluminium bicycle frames, early Vitus aluminium frames, such as the 979, offered more comfort because of the small diameter of the tubes. Benotto crono - Italy

"This Benotto was on the display stand at the 1986 Long Beach trade show and was specifically ordered and built for Campagnolo USA with the 'new and improved' 2nd attempt by Campagnolo to preview the Record delta in the US.
This bike was taken off the stand, wrapped in a blanket and has not seen light of day since. Not even the covers over the valve stems have been touched to allow the tubulars to be inflated.
Was never a Benotto guy, but this one sings arias to me!"

Bertoni - Italy

Italvega is a brand of road bicycles designed, specified, imported and marketed by the California-based bicycle distributor, Lawee, Inc., founded by Ben Lawee, who also created the Univega and Bertoni bicycle brands. Italvega bikes were designed and hand-built within the noted Torresini workshop at the Torpado factory in Padua, Italy. They were built beginning in 1970 and continuing through the mid- to late-70s before manufacturing was moved to Japan under the name Univega

Cliff Shrubb - London UK.

During his time Cliff has made several frames for some notable cycling personalities - Sean Yates won the National Pursuit 5000m championships on a Cliff Shrubb, this being one of the first low profile machines, with a hidden headset concealed within the head-tube. Tony Doyle won World Championship Pursuit on a Shrubb, and the Australian World Sprint Champion John Nicholson has ridden Cliff Shrubb frames, although Cliff isn't sure if he ever won on one. Indeed Cliff recollects that one year Sean Yates and Tony Doyle came 1st and 2nd, meaning that both 1st and 2nd place were taken by Shrubb frames!

 A super nice fillet brazed steel lo-pro form Germany. Custom made for some German sprinter back in the 80's by frame builder Bernd Herkelmann. Equipped with a mix of Campagnolo Pista and Gipiemme stuff, Mavic tubular rims. Awsome paintjob.
